Where do I update my information?

Can I reset my password?

How do I delete my account?

Who can create an account?
An account can be created by a dentist, office manager, or administrator. Office verification is required during setup.
What are the credentialing requirements for offices?
To ensure transparency and trust, dental offices must meet the following requirements:
- A completed profile with office location details, website, and photos.
- In-person or phone interviews for private and corporate offices.
- A current Professional Protection Plan or Certificate of Liability Insurance.
How do dental offices benefit?
DenTemp provides quick and direct access to vetted dental professionals on short notice. Offices can select candidates based on their specific needs.
How much does membership cost?
Membership costs $500/month or $5000/year. There’s no hourly fee, but a 5% service fee applies to the total payment for each dental professional utilized.
How do I find a dental temp?
Post job opportunities (temporary or permanent) on our job board or connect directly with dental professionals. Search options include a 50-mile radius from each office location.
Can I hire the dental temp?
Yes! We encourage permanent placements and charge no onboarding fees for this service.
How and when do I pay the dental temp?
Temps are 1099 contractors. Pay them directly at the end of an assignment, based on its duration.
What forms of payment does DenTemp accept?
Offices can pay via credit/debit card or ACH. Manage payment methods through the “Payment” tab.
Can I add multiple offices to my account?
Each office requires a separate account to ensure clarity for all parties.
Do you offer a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. Accounts with a minimum of 10 locations receive a 10% discount, with larger discounts for additional locations. Membership fees cover unlimited job postings across all accounts.

What are the credentialing requirements for temps?
To maintain our standards, dental professionals must provide:

- A signed release for reference and information verification.
- License verification, including all states where you are registered.

How much does membership cost?
Dental professionals pay only for a background check during onboarding unless a recent background check is provided.

As 1099 contractors, temps do not receive health benefits.

- Second offense: Account locked for one month.
- Third offense: Account removal.
How and when do I get paid?
As a 1099 contractor, you’re paid directly by the dental office after completing a shift or assignment.
- Payment is released within 24 hours post-shift. Adjustments must be requested during this time.
- Adjustments may delay payment by additional 24 hours.
- Direct deposits may take 2-3 business days to process, excluding bank holidays.
Why do you need my driver’s license?
Your ID ensures accuracy between your state-issued and dental professional licenses, supporting our commitment to safety and professionalism.
Is a profile picture necessary?
While optional, a professional photo increases transparency and helps offices identify you before a shift.
